Transfer Santiago de Chile Airport / Colchagua Valley

Upon arrival at Santiago de Chile Airport, you will be met by your private driver and transferred to the Colchagua Valley, one of Chile’s most renowned wine regions. Sit back and enjoy the changing scenery as you leave the capital behind and head into the countryside.

Today you will be picked up at your hotel and take you to the Colchagua Valley. Known for its Syrah and Carménère wines, this valley is Chile’s most prestigious wine-producing region. Meet your private guide at the hotel and set out on foot to discover the historic heart of Santiago de Chile. Begin at Constitution Square and La Moneda Palace, the country’s seat of government and one of the city’s most iconic landmarks.

Continue towards Plaza de Armas, Santiago’s main square and a lively meeting point surrounded by important historic buildings, including the Metropolitan Cathedral, the former Royal Court Palace, and the Main Post Office. The walk continues towards the Central Market, an emblematic place to experience the city’s local atmosphere and traditions.

Valle de Uco

Full-Day 3 Standard Wineries at Valle de Uco

Today, head into the spectacular Uco Valley, one of Mendoza’s most celebrated wine regions. Located at the foothills of the Andes, its high-altitude vineyards, dry climate, and distinctive microclimates create ideal conditions for producing some of Argentina’s most renowned wines, particularly Malbec, Merlot, Pinot Noir, and Semillón.

Throughout the day, visit three carefully selected wineries and discover what makes the wines of this region so distinctive. Accompanied by expert guides, explore the production facilities, learn about different winemaking techniques, and gain insight into the connection between Mendoza’s landscape, gastronomy, and wine culture. Half-Day Bike Tour to Two Wineries in Chacras de Coria

Explore Chacras de Coria on two wheels during a relaxed cycling experience through Mendoza’s picturesque wine country. After pickup from your hotel, set off along quiet rural roads and vineyard-lined paths, taking in the peaceful scenery while learning about the irrigation systems that have shaped agriculture in the region for generations.

Along the way, discover how Mendoza’s network of irrigation ditches and canals brings life to this otherwise dry landscape, and hear about their historical connection to the region’s Andean heritage. The ride offers a different perspective on Chacras de Coria, combining local traditions, rural landscapes, and wine culture.

The route includes visits to two wineries, each offering a distinct approach to winemaking. Compare the character of a larger, more industrialised winery with that of a boutique producer, while enjoying a tasting at each property and discovering what makes their wines unique.

After approximately three hours of cycling and winery visits, return to your hotel.

Full-Day Carmelo

Spend the day discovering Carmelo, one of Uruguay’s most charming wine regions, where family-run wineries, rural traditions, and historic heritage come together. Your experience begins at the National Monument La Calera de las Huérfanas, the birthplace of wine production in Uruguay, where the Jesuits established the first buildings in 1741.

Continue towards Carmelo, located approximately 17 km from Colonia, for visits to two distinctive family wineries. At Bodega Cordano, meet the fifth generation of the Cordano winemaking family and discover the story behind this intimate vineyard. Visit the historic Almacén de la Capilla, a traditional grocery store dating back to 1855, before walking through the vineyards with the owners and enjoying a wine tasting.

Next, head to Bodega El Legado, a boutique family winery where you will explore the vineyards, cellar, and production facilities. A tasting accompanied by local cheeses and olives offers the chance to appreciate the character of Carmelo’s wines in a relaxed setting.

To complete the experience, enjoy a traditional Uruguayan asado, pairing local flavours with the wines of the region. After lunch, return to your hotel in Colonia.

Transfer Colonia / Montevideo

At the scheduled time, you will be picked up from your hotel, the port, or the designated meeting point in Colonia del Sacramento and transferred to Montevideo in shared service. Sit back and enjoy the journey as you travel along Uruguay’s scenic countryside towards the country’s vibrant capital.

Today, leave Montevideo behind for a relaxing excursion into the Canelones wine region, home to around 70% of Uruguay’s wineries.

Travel through the countryside to a charming, family-run artisanal winery, where you will be welcomed by the owners and introduced to the traditions behind their wines.

Discover the vineyards and winery facilities while learning how local grapes are cultivated, harvested, and transformed into wine. Special attention will be given to Tannat, Uruguay’s signature grape variety, which has become one of the defining symbols of the country’s wine culture and has earned international recognition.

Round off the experience with a tasting of local wines paired with a three-course lunch, enjoying the flavours of the region in a relaxed rural setting. Afterwards, return to your hotel in Montevideo.
